Ingredients

1/2 cup hot water (steaming, not boiling)

Instructions
1. Add the gelatin to a mug or heat safe glass. Pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cold liquid and whisk right away, then let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. Pour in 1/2 cup hot water and whisk for 30 to 60 seconds until the mixture looks clear and smooth.
3. Add the remaining cold liquid (enough to equal 1/2 cup total cold liquid) and whisk again until fully combined.

Notes
Optional flavor add ins (keep it low sugar): add 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice, or sweeten with a tiny pinch of stevia or monk fruit. You can also use diluted unsweetened cranberry juice as the cold liquid for a pink version.
For fewer clumps: always bloom the gelatin first and whisk well. Also, use steaming hot water so it dissolves fully.
