Ingredients
1 box raspberry Jello (3 oz) for each black layer
1 cup boiling water for each black layer
1/4 cup vanilla vodka for each black layer
2–3 drops black food coloring for each black layer
2 1/4 packets unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 cup boiling water for purple layer
2 drops purple food coloring
1/4 cup Chambord raspberry liqueur
1.5 cups black tapioca boba
1/4 cup brown sugar
Purple cake sprinkles
Instructions
1. Arrange plastic shot cups on a tray.
2. For bottom black layer: dissolve raspberry Jello in boiling water, add food coloring and vodka, fill cups one-third, and chill for 1 hour.
3. For middle purple layer: bloom unflavored gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, stir in boiling water, then add condensed milk, food coloring, and Chambord. Fill cups another third, chill 1 hour.
4. For top black layer: repeat black layer steps, filling to near top, then chill 1–2 hours until firm.
5. For garnish: cook tapioca boba per package directions, mix with brown sugar for 10 minutes, then spoon on top of each shot and sprinkle with purple sprinkles just before serving.
Notes
Whipped cream vodka or cake vodka can replace vanilla vodka.
Boba should only be added just before serving to maintain texture.
Sweetened microwaveable boba or candy pearls can be used as faster substitutes.
Black sugar or sprinkles can replace boba for a simpler garnish.
