Buffalo Chicken Dip in a Crock Pot

  • Author: Zohra
  • Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Description

Easy, creamy Buffalo chicken dip in a crock pot. Perfectly cheesy, tangy, and crowd-pleasing for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

¾ cup Buffalo sauce

1 cup ranch dressing

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish

Carrot sticks, for serving

Celery sticks, for serving

Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

1. Add chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch, and 1 cup cheddar to crock pot and stir.

2. Cover and cook on LOW 3–4 hours or HIGH 1–2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

3. Once creamy and smooth, sprinkle remaining cheddar on top, cover until melted.

4. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm with chips and veggies.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.

Buffalo sauce contains butter for smoothness—different from plain hot sauce.

Adjust spice by adding butter or a splash more Buffalo sauce.

Leftovers work great in sandwiches, rice bowls, or quesadillas.
