Description

A creamy, spicy, cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip perfect for game day or gatherings.


Ingredients

1 lb cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works)

8 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

Optional: blue cheese or ranch dressing for drizzling


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Cook chicken in slow cooker (4 hrs high or 6 hrs low with salt and pepper) and shred.

3. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, Buffalo sauce, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.

4. Place in 1.5 qt oven-safe dish and sprinkle extra cheddar on top.

5. Bake uncovered 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

6. Drizzle with blue cheese or ranch before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.

Serve with Frito Scoops, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or toasted baguette slices.
