Creamy, colorful, and no bake, this Christmas Cookie Lasagna Dessert layers vanilla Oreos, cheesecake pudding, and whipped topping for an easy, make-ahead holiday treat that serves a crowd.
Ingredients
48 vanilla Oreo cookies (divided)
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles (divided)
2 (8-ounce) tubs whipped topping
1 (3.4-ounce) box cheesecake instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
Instructions
1. Crush 36 cookies in a food processor. Mix with melted butter and 1/2 tablespoon sprinkles. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish.
2. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one tub of whipped topping and 1/2 tablespoon sprinkles. Spread over crust.
3. Whisk cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes. Let thicken 3 minutes, stir in 1/2 tablespoon sprinkles, and spread over cream cheese layer.
4. Spread remaining tub of whipped topping on top. Crush remaining 12 cookies and sprinkle over the surface with the rest of the sprinkles.
5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, or freeze for firmer slices. Slice cold and serve.

Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
Freeze for up to 1 month, covered tightly.
For cleaner slices, freeze the pan and thaw for 1 hour before cutting.
