Description

Cranberry Orange Prosecco Punch is a sparkling Thanksgiving cocktail with fresh citrus, cranberries, and bubbly prosecco. It mixes in minutes and looks stunning.

Ingredients

Scale

2 oranges, sliced (plus extra for garnish)

1 lemon, sliced (plus extra for garnish)

½ cup fresh cranberries (plus extra for garnish)

3 cups cranberry juice cocktail

1 cup pulp-free orange juice

¼ cup grenadine, plus 2 tablespoons

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 bottle (750 ml / 3 cups) dry prosecco, chilled

Ice

Edible fall flowers (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Place orange and lemon slices along with cranberries into a large pitcher.

2. Pour in cranberry juice cocktail, orange juice, grenadine, and lemon juice. Stir gently to mix.

3. Add chilled prosecco right before serving, then stir very gently to preserve fizz.

4. To serve, fill glasses with ice, add citrus slices and cranberries, then pour in the punch.

5. Garnish with more citrus slices and edible flowers just before serving.

Notes

Chill all ingredients in advance to keep the punch cold without overusing ice.

Always add prosecco last and stir gently to preserve carbonation.

Prepare garnishes right before serving for optimal appearance and freshness.

Can be scaled up easily for larger gatherings.

Best served fresh; refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for up to 2 days.

Do not freeze; prosecco will lose its fizz.

Substitutions: use sparkling water for a non-alcoholic version or pomegranate juice instead of cranberry juice.

For a stronger punch, add vodka or orange liqueur.

Variations: use blood oranges or grapefruit for a different citrus profile.
