Description

Creamy, tangy, sweet-tart Cranberry Roll Ups with cream cheese, feta, chives, and tortillas. No-cook, make-ahead, and perfect for Christmas appetizers or holiday grazing boards.

Ingredients

Scale

8 ounces softened cream cheese

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/3 cup chopped fresh chives

1 1/2 cups dried cranberries

4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas

Instructions

1. Whip cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

2. Stir in feta, cranberries, and chives until evenly blended.

3. Spread about 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla, leaving a small border.

4. Roll tortillas tightly into logs.

5. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

6. Remove wrap, slice into pinwheels with a serrated knife, and serve.

Notes

Avoid overfilling tortillas to prevent messy rolling and spillage.

For best results, roll tightly and chill wrapped rolls before slicing.

Use a sharp serrated knife with a gentle sawing motion for clean cuts.
