Ingredients
1.5 lbs tiny potatoes, cut in half
2 large Vidalia onions, sliced thin
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Instructions
1. Add potatoes and onions to slow cooker and mix.
2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, chicken broth, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour mixture over potatoes and onions and toss gently to coat evenly.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–3.5 hours.
5. Check potatoes for fork tenderness before serving.
6. Drain or use a slotted spoon to serve.
