CrockPot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Description

A warm, creamy and easy CrockPot Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe for comforting family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale

3 chicken breasts

1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles (10 oz, not drained)

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ onion diced

2 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp Italian seasoning

4 oz cream cheese diced

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 pkg spaghetti (16 oz)


Instructions

1. Add chicken, diced tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, onion, garlic and Italian seasoning to crock pot. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.

2. Remove chicken, shred, return to crock pot.

3. Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese, cover and cook on low 20-30 minutes until melted and combined.

4. Cook spaghetti noodles to al dente as per package instructions.

5. Stir noodles into crock pot mixture.

6. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

Refrigerate leftovers up to 4-5 days in airtight container.

Can freeze uncooked (excluding noodles) or cooked for up to 3 months.

Use frozen chicken by adding ~30 minutes to cook time.

Variations: substitute chicken thighs or rotisserie chicken, use other cheeses (Velveeta), different pastas or rice, add bell peppers for color and flavor.

Serving suggestions: salad, roasted green beans, broccoli, rolls or bread.
