A sweet, citrusy, and bubbly punch perfect for brunches, holidays, or weekend breakfasts. Family-friendly with easy boozy twists.
Ingredients
1 (12 oz) can orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 cups pineapple juice
3 to 4 cups cold water
6 cups ice
2 large lemons, sliced and seeded
2 tangerines or oranges, sliced
4 cups ginger ale
Optional Add-ins:
½ cup strawberries, sliced or quartered
Fresh mint leaves
Coconut water or coconut rum
Ginger syrup
Vanilla ice cream
Grenadine
Lemonade
Iced tea
Instructions
1. In a large punch bowl, combine thawed orange juice concentrate and pineapple juice.
2. Add 3 cups of water and taste; add up to 1 more cup if desired.
3. Add sliced lemons, tangerines, and strawberries (if using).
4. Add ice just before serving.
5. Pour in ginger ale right before serving.
6. Serve immediately with festive straws or extra fruit garnish.
Notes
Juice mixture and sliced fruit can be prepped the night before.
Only add ice and carbonation when you’re ready to serve.
Try different twists: Citrus Spritzer (sparkling water), Sunrise Punch (with grenadine), or Creamsicle (with vanilla ice cream).
Add coconut rum or ginger liqueur for adult-friendly versions.
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days. Add fresh ginger ale before re-serving.
