Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon milk (any kind)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spread flour evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes to heat-treat. Let cool.
3. In a bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
4. Add vanilla and milk. Mix until combined.
5. Stir in heat-treated flour and salt until dough forms.
6. Fold in mini chocolate chips or mix-ins.
7. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 5 days in an airtight container.
