Ingredients
1 baked chocolate cake (13×9 inch pan)
1/2 cup chocolate frosting or cream cheese frosting
12 ounces dark melting chocolate
12 ounces white melting chocolate
1/2 cup festive red, green, and white sprinkles
Instructions
1. Bake the cake and let it cool completely. Crumble into fine crumbs with no lumps.
2. Mix in frosting gradually until the mixture forms a firm, dough-like texture that holds together but isn’t greasy.
3. Chill for 30 minutes.
4. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls, then chill again for 15 minutes.
5. Melt dark and white chocolates separately until smooth.
6. Dip chilled balls in chocolate, let excess drip off, and add sprinkles before chocolate sets.
7. Let set fully at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
