Creamy, nostalgic Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles coated in white chocolate with festive sprinkles. Quick, no-bake, and perfect for gifting.
Ingredients
1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 vanilla cakes)
8 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts
3 tablespoons festive sprinkles
3 tablespoons red candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
Green sanding sugar for decoration
Instructions
1. Unwrap cakes and place them in a large bowl. Use a hand or stand mixer to blend into a crumbly dough. Mix in festive sprinkles.
2. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions, roll into 1-inch balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3. Chill the truffles in the fridge until firm.
4. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, let excess drip off, then place back on the baking sheet.
6. Melt red candy melts in a piping or ziplock bag in 30-second intervals. Snip the tip and drizzle over coated truffles.
7. Quickly sprinkle with green sanding sugar before the coating sets.
8. Refrigerate until fully set.
