Description

An easy, cozy one-pan dinner with crispy parmesan chicken, roasted potatoes, and tender green beans — perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

Scale

1.5 lb chicken breast (34 pieces, 1 inch thick)

2 tbsp olive oil (chicken)

2 tbsp olive oil (potatoes)

1 tbsp olive oil (green beans)

2 cloves garlic, minced (chicken)

12 cloves garlic, minced (potatoes)

1 clove garlic, minced (green beans)

1/3 cup grated parmesan (chicken)

2 tbsp grated parmesan (potatoes)

1 tbsp grated parmesan, optional (green beans)

1/3 cup breadcrumbs (Italian or plain, optional 1 tsp Italian seasoning)

1/2 tsp cracked pepper (chicken)

1/23/4 tsp sea salt (chicken)

Salt and pepper to taste (potatoes and green beans)

2 lb red potatoes, bite-sized

1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line sheet pan with parchment or spray with cooking oil.

2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper; roast for 10–15 minutes on one-third of the pan.

3. Meanwhile, toss chicken with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and cracked pepper.

4. Add chicken to pan next to potatoes after initial roasting.

5. Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional parmesan.

6. Add green beans to remaining section of pan.

7. Bake for another 25 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.

8. Optional: Broil 4–5 minutes for extra crispiness.

9. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cooking time depends on chicken thickness; pound to 1 inch for even cooking.

Adjust salt and pepper at the end if needed.

The bottom of chicken may be less crispy; use a rack for extra air circulation.

Try Italian seasoning or oregano for flavor variation.

Green beans can be removed earlier if they cook faster.
