A simple, natural wellness drink made with pink Himalayan salt and water to support hydration, digestion, and healthy routines.
Ingredients
1.4 oz pink Himalayan salt (≈2 tbsp coarse or 1.5 tbsp fine)
½ cup filtered water (for sole concentrate)
1 tsp of the sole solution or 1 tsp pink salt (for daily drink)
8–12 oz filtered water (room temperature or warm)
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Optional: 1–2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Optional: fresh lemon juice
Optional (night version): ½ tsp organic honey, ¼ tsp ginger juice, lukewarm water
Instructions
1. To prepare the sole solution, mix 1.25 oz of pink Himalayan salt with ½ cup filtered water in a sealed glass jar. Let sit 12–24 hours until fully saturated.
2. For the daily drink, mix 1 tsp of the sole solution (or 1 tsp salt directly) into 8–12 oz of room temperature or warm water.
3. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or honey if desired for flavor and added benefits.
4. Stir well and drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
5. For the night version, mix warm water with pink salt, ½ tsp honey, and ¼ tsp ginger juice for a soothing bedtime drink.
Notes
Avoid overconsumption due to sodium content, especially if you have blood pressure or kidney issues.
This drink supports hydration and digestion but is not a standalone weight loss method.
Consult a healthcare provider before use if you’re on a low-sodium diet.
Pink salt does not break a fast and may promote mindful hydration.
