Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
½ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of a crock pot.
2. Place chicken breasts into the crock pot.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub it on using a basting brush.
4. Mix seasonings in a bowl and sprinkle over the chicken, rubbing them in with a brush.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
6. Remove and serve or shred for use in other recipes.
